黄山是世界名山、中国名片，是中国现代旅游业的重要起源地。“大黄山”包括黄山、池州、安庆市、宣城市所辖各县（市、区），面积4.4万平方公里，2022年常住人口930.2万人。区域内层峦叠嶂、翠霭晴岚、水清岸秀、人文璀璨，具备打造生态型国际化世界级休闲度假旅游目的地的独特资源禀赋。为更好发挥“大黄山”优越区位条件和独特资源禀赋优势，打造高质量发展新增长点，省委、省政府做出关于建设徽风皖韵、“醉”美乡村——“大黄山”生态型国际化世界级休闲度假旅游目的地工作部署。“大黄山”建设以高起点的规划为引领，以乡村旅游为重点，推动高品质的资源加快形成高端供给，打造以休闲度假旅游为引领的休闲度假、创意经济、会展经济、体育赛事、医疗康养、文化服务六大产业集群和环境适宜的先进制造业集聚地。
Huangshan, a world-known mountain and a landmark of China, is an important origin of the country’s modern tourism. The Grand Huangshan region includes all counties (county-level cities and districts) of Huangshan, Chizhou, Anqing, and Xuancheng cities. With an area of 44,000 square kilometers, the region is home to a permanent resident population of 9,302,000 in 2022. The Grand Huangshan region is endowed with unique resources for an international destination for eco-tourism and recreational tourism: layer upon layer of peaks and knolls, verdant forests, clear waters, and profound culture. In order to make this region maximize its advantages and become a growth propeller for High-quality development, CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and Provincial Government made arrangements to build innovation economy, exhibition economy, sports events economy, Rehabilitation and Recuperation economy and cultural service clusters in this region, which will also be the eco-friendly base for advanced manufacturing industries.
目前，通过对“大黄山”区域开展旅游资源摸底，我们初步筛选出以古村落和特色村落为重点的相关资源2143处。在此基础上，初步编制了“大黄山”建设规划和行动方案，制作了“大黄山”文旅资源数字沙盘，建立了招商引资重点项目库，组建了“大黄山”文化旅游创意发展协会，推进了“大黄山”产业投资基金设立。
Currently, we have chosen 2,143 relevant tourism resources highlighting ancient villages and special villages after a preliminary investigation in the Grand Huangshan region. A primary construction plan and an action plan for the Grand Huangshan region have been proposed; a digital sand table of local cultural tourism resources has been set up; a library of key projects for investment promotion has been established; the Grand Huangshan Cultural Tourism and Creative Development Association has come into existence; the Grand Huangshan Industry Investment Fund has been founded.
下一步，我们将着力推动传统观光旅游向现代休闲度假旅游升级，从旅游产业向跨界融合的高端服务业延伸，以“黄山松石迎客天下、白墙黛瓦望见乡愁”的中国传统文化符号为表，以“商旅居业学研”的现代化高品质服务为里，通过传统与现代碰撞产生的张力，唤起现代人中国传统文化记忆，把“大黄山”建设成为唐诗宋词水墨写意的烟雨江南，品质高端服务精致的乡村都市，业态时尚景美民富的青绿山水现实画卷。
For the next step, we will concentrate on promoting the upgrade from traditional tourism to modern recreational tourism, and extending the tourism industry to the high-end service industry with crossover integration. Furthermore, we will take full advantage of the symbols of the traditional Chinese culture represented by the uniquely-shaped pines and rocks and Hui-style residences, and improve the high-quality modern services covering business, tourism, living, industry, education, and research. Through such integration between the traditional and modern cultures, we intend to bring to life the memory of traditional Chinese culture deep in people’s mind today. To this end, the Grand Huangshan region will be painted into a real-life scroll featuring poetic landscapes and highlighting exquisite rural cities that provide high-end and quality services and modern business forms, where people can live an affluent life and enjoy picturesque scenery.
